What is EELink?

EELink is a unique programming system that has been developed directly by BFT as a means of using handheld programmers (such as the PROXIMA portable programmer) to transfer data from gate operators to PCs and vice versa. Thanks to the EELink system it is possible to keep a database of the information that is stored on the operators. It's never been easier to manage the data stored on multiple control boards, receivers, transmitters, etc. You can even associate identifying parameters with every system: first and last name of the owner, address, phone number, name of the maintenance engineer, owner of the radio control device, and much more. Another major benefit of the EELink system is that you can easily copy over data or configurations of control panels or other accessories to new ones in just a few clicks with one of the remote programming tools.

Control Panel Information Managed by EELink

  • Operational parameters: work times, automatic closing time, phase displacement time, slowdown, torques, anti squashing sensitivity.
  • Operating logic: 2/4 steps, pulse blocking on opening, photocell operation on opening, ast closure, prealarm, hold to run, photocell check.
  • Operating statistics: number of manoeuvres, number of manoeuvres since the last maintenance, date of the last maintenance, identification of the terminal that carried out the maintenance, name of the system and version of the software installed in the control panel.
  • Self-diagnostic: in the state of rest, the control panel carries out a check of the state of all the inputs connected to it and, if any of them are in any state other than rest, this is communicated to the handheld programmer.
  • Default configuration: EELink makes it possible to restore all the control panel configurations to the original factory default states with one single command.

Receiver Information Managed by EELink

  • Receiver capacity: number of transmitters the receiver can memorize.
  • Configuration of the outputs: monostable, bistable, timed.
  • System code: makes it possible to create clones of the memorized radio control devices and manage installations comprising many receivers.
  • List of the memorized transmitters, their position in the memory and association between the receiver's keys and outputs.

Transmitter Information Managed by EELink

  • Serial number of the transmitter.
  • Second rolling code cipher key.
  • System code (for clones)
